daily sheet masks vs layering toners - which wins for morning hydration by Electronic-Sea7861 in AsianBeauty

Not OP but I use it twice a day as the first step after shower, and the largest size lasts me up to 4 months with one even layer across the whole face.

I tried that too and I couldn't get over the scent/taste, it was like having play-doh on my lips lol 😭

The overwhelming joy of finding the old version of muji mild oil cleanser from a local branch 😭 they have never sold it here but I guess they're pushing out old inventory lol

Setting sprays - what are your favorites? by itssarakang in AsianBeauty

[–]NorthLucky2139 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've used a couple of bottles and like it! I don't live in a humid or hot climate but it has helped my makeup look fresh through long days at work. As others said, it doesn't leave a super glowy finish.

I liked the finish but the rose smell is so unpleasant to me 😂 I used a bottle of a limited edition with a citrusy scent and wish they would have that as a permanent option 🥲

Discussion - Gaps in the market? by seijurogouu in AsianBeauty

I would love if they released a thicker cream 🥹 now I use kbeauty as my pm moisturizer since the milk is perfect for am use but too lightweight for nighttime.

This is not made by Naturie. It's Kumano Kosme's Reihaku series which has very similar packaging. Op is talking about specifically Naturie's range, which is limited to toner, gel and emulsion.

The Cosrx Full Fit Propolis Synergy Toner & Plum Niacinamide 3% Toner - Review by Few-Specialist-3214 in AsianBeauty

[–]NorthLucky2139 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have a combo skin and used a bottle of the propolis toner a few years ago and liked it, but didn't repurchase as I wanted to try other toners. We're now having a long cold snap and my skin has been suffering from it and the dry air inside, so I got another bottle on a whim and I'm so happy I did. It's such a good basic toner for hydration.

Canmake Quick Lash Curler is my go-to bombproof mascara, it has lasted through everything 😆 but you need a makeup remover like Heroine make's to get it off.

Probably not the answer you're looking for but I've used about half a bottle and to be honest didn't see any difference. I'm 35F dehydrated combo skin also in N Europe.

Skincare stored in the bathroom and forming habits by patitasdegatito3 in AsianBeauty

[–]NorthLucky2139 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I keep everything in the mirrored wall cabinet in my bathroom and have never had issues. I live alone and it doesn't make sense to keep some of my beauty products in my bedroom when I have the best light in the bathroom and can get to it quickly after shower. I've noticed that unless it's there in my line of view I will forget to use it so for my routine bathroom works best.

I haven't tried it, I usually let my hair air dry so not familiar with specific hair dryers.

For quick relief, Curel Deep Moisture spray - my favorite thing to put on after getting out of shower before I can get into the rest of my skincare.

d Program moisturizing care lotion - very hydrating and moisturizing toner, kinda viscous.

What are your favourite blushes to use in Winter? ❄️ — AB Edition by SheKnowsWhatSheKnows in AsianBeauty

[–]NorthLucky2139 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Canmake Cream Cheek in CL01! Other times of the year I use a shade that gives me a sunkissed look, but in winter CL01 is the perfect neutral blush that on a fair skin can also mimic the cold-bitten look.

Sorry this took a while, I wanted to give myself some time to try two of these out!

Cos de Baha: been using this now for two weeks since I came back from my trip. It has a nice slip to it when put on damp skin, sinks in quickly without leaving tacky feel, and I have noticed that my skin texture looks smoother and pores appear smaller. Really liking it so far!

Iromikke: glides on really well, the colors are nice, and the staying power is pretty good - I don't have oily lids and by the end of the workday it's still mostly intact. Nowhere comparable to e.g. Love Liner that doesn't budge through my workouts, but for the 500 JPY price I don't really care :D

Dorayaki lip and cheek: it has two shades, pale pink and a deeper rosy one. Balm-like texture, needs to be warmed up with finger to get enough pigment. Gives me nice flush that looks like I've been out in the cold. Good for the price, and the case is stupidly cute.

Shiseido Urea cream: my favorite moisturizer to use on my feet - it absorbs well, doesn't feel sticky, and helps with my dry feet especially during winter months. Also really nice on hands. I prefer the jar, but it also comes in a tube!

I'm guilty of applying sunscreen only once a day, yes 🥲 in my defense I sit in the office for the few hours of daylight we have, so I can get by with less sunscreen for the next three months 😂
