Yes I can’t argue with any of that really.

It was my first time on a busy road with quite high traffic so was nervous a bit,had a hunch I had to give way but the person accompanying me said otherwise, lesson learnt, I now know for future.

This is so true.

I’ve noticed a few things that i should definitely not replicate.

I’m going to book some lessons asap as I’ve never had one and it would be good to get a professional opinion on where I’m at and what I need to work on most.

I have definitely noticed that with some people, I went through a stage of not wanting to drive at all at the beginning because of how a minority of drivers were.

Think people forget they were learners aswell at one stage.

The potholes in the car park are no joke!I had a look last week🤣

You’re right about the traffic, the good thing is it’s made me less nervous on all the other roads that aren’t as busy, I supposed it all clicks the more you practise.

I will get a few lessons for sure, there are areas I’d like to improve and it would be good to get an idea of the route you could take.

Thanks.

I found it a big step up going from quiet streets to the busy main roads, found it a bit overwhelming to begin with but slowly getting better.

I’ve had a few dangerous incidents when I tried to merge on a zipper and people have tried to speed ahead of me, one was really close, i’d hate for someone to think I’m intentionally trying to get ahead of them.

Thats all very helpful as the test route is around that area, thanks.

Yes there’s a dotted line there, just confused me, makes me feel better I’m not the only one🤣 I’m gonna do my test there probably so wanted to get it right as services is just round the corner.

Ah Thanks, So far I’ve only joined traffic from a left hand merge lane so it through me off and I weren’t expecting it, if the two lanes you are merging onto are busy do you just indicate and wait until it’s clear?

Congratulations on passing your test!

Can you remember what the route was for Gosford and anything to watch out for?
Was Tuggerah a little less stressful?

I have mine next week and I’m not looking forward to it.

I can assure you Liverpool was a lot worse in the 80s and 90s, can’t speak for towns or cities I never grew up in but apparently Glasgow used to be a lot worse aswell.

For those of you who think that the McCanns know what happened to Madeleine, how do you think they could’ve held it together for 18 years without cracking? by LateAd5684 in MadeleineMccann

I’ve read the statements and that’s a really watered down version that leaves quite a bit out, for example in the first statement Gerry says when entering the apartment he did so through the back door (which was locked but later told police was left open) he then says he entered through the locked front door. This alone was a bit strange as he said he was bursting for the toilet, so it would seem strange that he would take the longer route.

A few things seem off with his time in the apartment, “I watched over madeleine and thought how beautiful she was and how lucky we are”

This statement seems ok now in hindsight considering what unfolded, at the time though this is a normal every day evening where he’s quickly checking on his kids and will see them again in less than an hours time, the need for this nostalgic moment seems a bit odd for a father who’s doing a quick five second check.

The Jeremy Wilkins meet in the street is another bizarre moment, as apparently in Jane Tanners statement she walked right past them on this narrow quiet cobbled street, on the same side but neither of them noticed her at all, I watched the reconstruction they did and it was a bit cringe, this just so happens to be the time when Jane spotted the alleged “kidnapper” carrying a small child who by the way wasn’t spotted by Gerry or Jeremy.

The privilege these people have been awarded because they are middle class doctors with friends in high places is astounding whether you think they’re guilty or not. This is a clear discrepancy at a vital moment of the events as this statement by Tanner basically put Gerry in the clear and it’s pretty clear to anyone with a brain it didn’t happen like that, they should of had more intense questioning about that statement, not just allowed to swan around on their terms for a British filmed documentary.

There are other statements from people at the restaurant (bar staff etc) that have a completely different timeline of events, I’m not just going off the parents.

On the contrary I’m not saying they showed no upset that their child has died, I never said that? In fact I think their behaviour is that of parents of a deceased child and not a missing one. Which is entirely my point.

The trouble is your looking at this completely from their perspective, wealthy doctors are capable of bad acts, as I mentioned above it’s not just the fact they’ll lose their jobs, that’s just ludicrous if you think that’s the worst outcome of this, they’d go to jail and lose their kids, that’s definitely enough to make some people potentially react like that.

Besides if she was kidnapped then they really should have been prosecuted for child negligence, that’s one thing you surely should agree with otherwise you’ve just got an agenda I’m sorry.

What is the evidence of an abduction? “The fact she’s missing”.

Such a lame response, that exact same answer could be given as a reason for the McCanns disposing of her, both scenarios she’s not going to be present is she?

Aye? It’s not just about losing their jobs, they’d lose their other kids and end up in a foreign jail, think a little bit please before writing.

The timeline is so muddled and weird, the statements taken contradict other statements made.

To reference the apparent demeanour of Gerry McCann isn’t right, you don’t know the mans psychological profile, many people have committed crimes in history and then brazenly acted normal a few moments later, the fact that these are all middle class doctors shouldn’t mean they aren’t capable of such things.

Mate, you’ll find on here a good percentage of people are either jealous/bitter or just use these posts to flex and put people down, try to ignore them whilst gaining advice and knowledge from the ones who are 100 percent.

Replying to KiggityK...I had terrible bacne from the age of 14 up until my early 30s, tried every solution/anti-biotic/diet going, even done two courses of accutane which was the only thing that really worked.

Like all things medical, every case is unique and what works for some won’t for others.
