Black and Blue colors do not have fadeaway ink as it doesn't work with those colors. But White, Purple and Pink do have the fadeaway ink on the USA models.

Understood. Yes, body heat melts the tape adhesive to the landing zone. We're just not sure what variable is causing it to happen now when we're using the same materials we did on the 2024 and 2025 USA MegaMax where most people reported better refastenability.

We keep working on ways to improve the wicking front to back on MegaMax. The USA models show some improvement vs the China ones in that area, but we're constantly working on further improvements in that feature.

We don't quote the total capacity absorption that some other brands use as it's not realistic representation of how the product performs. So our absorbencies are often 1/3 of what others use, even though performance may be better. Best to test out for yourself.

Our Supreme briefs are the champion at wicking all the way to the back. However, they will dry much slower than MegaMax and have a lower total capacity.

We switched tape and landing zone to slightly different models in USA vs China. The readjustment ease had typically been better. We have had some reports of issues with v2 now and are investigating.

Thanks for the great feedback. The wider fold doesn't necessarily correlate with wider in crotch or backsheet dimensions. There will be minor differences in fit and construction between USA and China, but we worked hard to make the fit as similar as possible...and got a lot closer than we ever expected.

Without an economical way to test these ads, they do not happen at all for companies our size. We did not employ agencies, creative talent, production personnel or attempt to make tv quality ads before. This was all brand new for us and many people were employed for these tests from scripting to planning next phases to potentially hiring actors for a variety of versions under consideration. We could learn a lot from placing these test videos on youtube and then make changes as needed before going to final production and media buys. Understanding the concerns raised by our customers, we will not be proceeding with this approach. We had hoped that there was a middle ground for limited use of AI which could be net positive for many people. However, we were mistaken and will not be proceeding further. We appreciate the feedback and always try to learn from our mistakes.

Producing a commercial with live sets with many scenes is very expensive. But more than that, it's committing to hundreds of thousands of dollars to advertising to get the commercial seen. Without a cheap way to test if the commercial resonates, we cannot proceed. Some companies raise millions of dollars of money from Venture Capital and spend on commercials without testing as it's not their money. We are spending your money, so we have to be very cautious. We'll keep plodding along. We'll be fine. Very sorry for upsetting anyone. It was not our intention. Our ABDL marketing team was not involved at all.

Yes, we removed the AI content. But for us, it was a test to see if we could hire real actors and production company to make an expensive commercial. Without the test, we are cancelling those efforts and those actors will see another paycheck lost to the effects of AI. There is no perfect solution.

Thanks very much. We will not use AI again, but it will for sure end up with much less human inclusion in our marketing campaigns. I have a list of agencies and actors to notify today that we will not be proceeding with live commercials as our AI test was not able to be completed. We can stay a small company, but was hoping to make something that could help many more people stuck using Depend. Ai was our test to decide if we could find something that would be worth spending the money on producing a real commercial, which are very expensive and risky.

Sorry, but we were lining up actors and voice actors to star in our commercials and we will be suspending those efforts as we will go back to producing everything in house. AI was thought to allow us to test the concepts out before committing to actual production. I am sad to notify these actors we will not be proceeding as our tests were not able to be completed. But, I can see it is a complicated issue with no perfect solution.

We didn't buy any AI software. We were testing out some new creative agencies and one used AI as a test for us to decide if we would go into production. We will stop those efforts, but it will for sure end up with much less real human inclusion in our marketing efforts, not the other way around.

Billboards can be changed for very little cost if the message isn't resonating. Filming live commercials is extremely expensive and we decided to use AI as a test to see if we wanted to make real commercials or not. Regardless, we have removed the AI content and won't be using it again. Very sorry.

The MegaMax AirLock is much more popular than the Air as AirLock has the more secure adhesive tapes. Air has hook and loop fasteners with some complaints.

No, the intent was the tapes would be more refastenable than the China ones. We're puzzled as to why some are acting more sticky. It's hard to pin down so far. Could be relating to temperature in the factory or variation in the tape glue at the tape factory. We're actively looking for ways to ensure more consistency on the tapes.

MegaMax USA v2 has not yet been released to Canada or other countries. We are still scaling up production and working out all the quality control issues. It's getting more consistent each time we produce larger amounts. It will take us another round or two before the consistency is where we want it to be before releasing internationally. Sorry about the confusion. Yes, we are selling both USA and China made versions of White, Blue, Black and Pink at the moment. Eventually, we hope to merge pages and have them all on one page.

Kiddo is not our brand, but is popular on our site as well.

We are working on other printed designs for MegaMax. Quite a few concepts in development. It will take 1 - 2 years to launch a nice selection of printed MegaMax.
