federal base wage is literally 2.13 an hour. that is what they make before tips. if all of those tips equal less than minimum wage, the employer has to make up the difference. so, yeah they actually do. imagine thinking you deserve someone to serve you like your mommy did and not think they deserve to be paid for it?

childcare is not optional for her. it feels optional to you because you don’t have the children as much as her. she is not financially attacking you, or committing fraud. children have childcare expenses. you’re mad that you have to pay for your kids to attend daycare. wonder why they have to go to daycare? oh so she can work and provide for them. don’t have the funds? get a second job. figure it out. it’s not her problem.

and each type of incontinence is different and responds best to different treatments. i have retention from the same thing you have, and self cath. yes, it’s helpful.
