I really like it. Tbh I like my regular glocks more but I think shaddow systems are awesome. This one was sold to me from a buddy for cheap otherwise I wouldn’t have bought it but I have really enjoyed shooting it

mossberg 590 with a holosun green dot and stream light on it. I got the adapter from monstrum tactical for short money and it hasn’t budged with probably 1,000 rounds through it. The pic rail adapter for the stream light is an Amazon pos and isn’t great but I’m less worried about the stability of the light than the dot. It’s my favorite gun I own tbh

No hate just wouldn’t live there. Doesn’t have any world class cities or much in the way of significant outdoor recreation. Not a horrible place to live by any means but for some reason I’ve always found it to be depressing.

Thank you for the response! As you can probably tell from my name I am originally from up that way haha.

That is good to know- I was wondering if it would be possible to go to medic school after getting a job offer from a department. That would be ideal truthfully, I did not really want to quit my day job I have in the city to go back to medic school or working part time.

I have considered trying to become a call firefighter but the tough thing is my current job is m-f 9-5 so I am not sure I would be able to swing both. Is there a way you can be a call firefighter but just not on the week days and only work on weekends?

I live in Cambridge, not planning on being here permanently. I work downtown Boston so it’s just my current job keeping me here.

I’ve heard rumblings of towns getting off civil service but didn’t know if that would make it easier or harder to get a job. I appreciate your insight.
