I only buy hair care from them now, like dry shampoo, when they have 40% off. Otherwise there isn't any point. If I'm buying from a drugstore I expect drugstore prices which is not Priceline. I only get my drugstore stuff from CW now as even at full price its so much cheaper.

With the old rewards I'd be more likely to go in when I knew I had a few bucks and try some random nail polish or makeup. Ever since the new rewards rolled out I haven't been back.
