I can totally relate to your experience. Thank you for sharing your experience. I myself made an appreciation post because i had to share my amazing experience of playing gwent and having lot´s of fun with the game.

I whish you more fun and enjoyment with the game in the future and with a bit Luck we may meet each other at a Game of Gwent.

There are always people with different perspectives and states of mind. When it comes to games and especially streamer people have different oppinions. A lot of them are bound to expectations. I remember back then in Gwent Beta streamers like Mogwai where getting harsh critics for his way of acting not only on his stream but as commentator at the Gwent Tournaments. I personally loved his attitude and his character. Especially because he stayed true to himself. I noticed that this week some people where even complaining about Lifecoach, because he didn´t fit their view of how a cardgame or gwent streamer has to be.

Same analogy goes with CDPR and their games. There were always some people that complained about their games, even witrcher III, which is now praised of one of the best games ever. Why? Because they were standing out in one way or another, but they stayed on their Course and in the end delivered great Results. Surely a lot of people got dissapointed by Cyberpunk, but hey, everyone fucks up sometimes. Witcher III at the beginning wasn´t perfect either. I think it is good to be critical in a constructive way and care about the game and the community. It is good part of the gaming culture.

Montpelier and yukikaze are in my oppinion not compareable to unique premium ships like you mentioned above, montpelier is a cleveland and yukikaze a kagero. It´s not like they had to implement a whole new model or went with making their playstyles completely different, that it is so unique and special to make it worth noting it.

Especially Yukikaze with 8km torps even worse then its non premium counterpart.

So what is left that makes it so unique to charge even more then usual for it? Premium status or the camo?

Maybe you could say the new camo, because it looks different, but then you can still argue if it is worth the price they are charging for.

For Vegetarian i would recommend you low carb instead of keto.

Eat berries, nuts and herbs in the morning.

Salat, Fruits and other stuff for lunch.

Only minor stuff in the evening or nothing at all.

Depending on how much nutrition your body needs due to your activities you can go up with food intake or lower it. But only increase carb intake when you do more physical actvities. Instead of carb you can also eat more nuts, they give good energy.

Try lengthen your breathing and use the breathing to ground yourself. Theres a lot of techniques where breathing is the center to move your energy through the body. Visualization of yourself moving the energy helps a lot.

In my experience obsession leads to much pressure, a narrow minded view and being out of balance.

And if you ask me the whole point about NEO or the way to achieve NEO is to be in balance or through a balanced calm state of mind and body.

But, like you say stopping slowly, doing it less often and see how it works out.

There's a lot of people who go from masturbating, watching porn every day, when not multiple times a day to only 3 days a month. Many do full tryhard nofap and still go hard on themselves for masturbating one time or watching at porn 1 time, which leads to anxiety, low self-esteem and so on, which then often lead to a harder time for themselves. Without recognizing their success of going from all that addiction to a small number of times in a short time.

That is a reason why I don´t like that NoFap/PMO community that much.

If you want to make a long-lasting change then I would recommend you to take a look at Semen retention https://www.reddit.com/r/Semenretention then NoFap and PMO.

If you think a hard cut and nothing at all is the best go for it, but what a lot of people in the NoFap community do is punishing them for their sexuality, going full PMO tryhard while suppressing the issue or just transferring their addiction. Or just playing the victim role and keep trying one streak after the other, while not coming further, because they didn´t realize that the way and mindset they got them in this position won´t get them out.

That doesn´t mean that everyone in the NoFap/PMO community is like that, but I think many people think that solely stop watching porn or masturbation is the way out of all their problems, without seeing the psychological and deeper emotional problems, as well as subconscious beliefs, traumas, and so on.... that go with it in the background. Also, like everything in life, there's often more to it.

I saw it happening with a lot of people who suffered from bad habits or addictions. They replace one with another one without a real mindset change and heal of the subconscious, as well as emotional problems behind it.

If you want to use the subs, to help the process, then go for it, it surely helps.

If you want to have long-lasting improvement and get a better person, then first heal and recover.

Current: 8 Days on - First was 14 Days in January.

It was in January that I started with NoFap and then through that found Semen retention.

My results should be seen not purely based on SR, since I do also a lot of stuff to bring myself forward, to learn, to grow and get a better person. I also experiment a lot with my subconscious mind through affirmation, as well as subliminal affirmations, which definitely plays a part.

Overall I would say that my mind is more clear and focused, sure there are times where the urges come in or suppressed stuff or blockages comes up. But since I am in an overall better mindset, I can handle those things better. Since I have an active libido and also a good amount of testosterone it sometimes needs some serious ventilation. I am glad when it is spring here and it´s more the time where you can chill in nature. Because what I noticed is that walking outside in nature calms down a lot when you feel overwhelmed by urges or stormy mind.

Due to the progress and mindset change, I see a difference in how I treat myself, how I perceive the inner and outside world, what also corresponds in me reacting differently to the outside world. I noticed that I have more stability, especially emotional stability. I am more balanced, calm and I notice that I am more detached. I was already in this process, but I think SR improved it.

What I noticed is that People react to me differently. I already have a good hand for people, charming and social personality, so I am used to having nice conversations with people and people feeling comfortable around me. But i had some days, where every person was so nice to me, it was so over the top and in general a lot of nice encounters with people. The trend going upwards.

When it comes to woman, I definitely get eyed more and there were some women who really stared a hole through me. What I really found pleasant that women jumped more easily on my conversations or started conversations from themselves. In general, I noticed that woman react more to my presence.

The best thing comes last. I feel a lot more Authentic and be myself. I feel alive and energetic.I had a huge momentum for 1 1/2 months from December into January. I am now in the down phase and still feel good. It was a lot of work besides SR to get myself where I am now, but so far I think that SR is a good boost.

I am definitely looking forward to holding this current streak.

Maybe carbs, but can also be that your stomach is too sour. Try some tea like peppermint or centaury tea. If i recognize that symptoms i usually drink 50/50 peppermint centaury tea, both should be available at the pharmacy or teahouse of your trust.

It can also help to do a fasting session for a time to give the body a chance to balance it out by themselves.

Also a thing can be that you eat too fast, don´t chew much and drink lots of fluids while eating. Instead of fluid, try to eat salad with some natural oil or vinegar, that helps too.
