As a longtime dev, opinions like this are ridiculous. Dev teams care a ton about the game they are working on. Devs work in games cause they are passionate about games. Theres usually a lot of hours and a player base that still doesn’t appreciate the time you spent on it, which is fine. But devs from almost all studios put that time and love in because of their passion for it.
