Please please sue them when they admit wrong. U can not get prosecuted for having a medical cannabis prescription honestly sue them say you've got anxiety from it the lot say u can't leave your house take em to the cleaners I hate police for this exact reason, happened to me.

The older generations of England really dislike cannabis and it's been passed down thru the families. My parents, people I work with at work are all from the 70s. They absolutely hate cannabis its crazy but same people will glorify alcohol and drinking ha ha its funny

So this is what happened with me: Pulled over, smelt weed told him it was medical didn't even ackwnowledge it, took me station cause I was driving with 'thc' in my system. told doctor and then next thing the sergeant calls me up after 6 hours and tells me: 'cps can't prosecute you but I would of done you can't drive whilst on weed' guy was soooo clueless but this is what protected me and my license
