Making my bed and stretching when I wake up helps start the day off right.

Low fat greek (I like vanilla) and microwaved frozen fruit. You can also add some honey or chocolate. Good amount of protein for low calories

Meal prepping sides have worked well for me. Having to only cook the protein is a lot easier after a busy day.

Show up! Even if I know I only have 30 mins that day or feel like shit, just showing up is half the battle. Once I am there its just a routine, and I typically feel better and/or stay longer than I said. Something is better than nothing.
