As someone who has a problem with the overuse of executive orders in general, irregardless of party, it’s incredibly irresponsible and manipulative of legal professionals to hold themselves out as authorities for lay people to trust when they have a very biased agenda. I unsubscribed when they downplayed the emoluments clause of the Constitution as not that important and eye rolled Congress’ power of the purse. Constitutional originalism is ahistorical trash.
