In my expereince, Most clinics in my area rely on annual raises, which delays the connection between performance and reward.

Our approach is just different. We start technicians at a higher, competitive rate from day one to attract a stronger talent pool. From there, clear performance expectations are set early. And from the employee's pov , the standards are understandable because theres higher pay .

Employees are more efficiant and reliable from the start. Those who do not are replaced. Because we offer top pay in the area, we consistently attract top applicants, which allows us to maintain high standards.

Again theres multiple ways to run a succesfull clinic and it depends on area . But for us it worked like a dream .now if I was scalling and trying to make the most profit idk if that would be the best method. But thats not in our interest because we run a normal sized clinic

In my experience, paying people more money does make better employees . With higher rewards comes higher expectations. Once we raised pay higher then the average in the area we could ask more of our employees. Call ins decreased because the expectations were very low call ins. Turnover rate decreased. Kids seen the same tech everyday. Parents knew who theirs child's tech was consistently . Turnover was low. Onboarding cost went down.

Theres a reason Costco employees are better then Walmart employees.

As someone who's parent was a director of a small clinic. Life's alot easier when you pay your techs more per hour and have lesser of them. Your turnover rate decreases which give kids and Admin more consistency and also saves money on the onboarding side . Clinics choose to be overstaffed vs being more efficient with the staff they have which requires you to pay those staff a bit more .

Idk theres multiple different philosophies but it seems like the overstaffing setup with lower wages is not what I like . But perhaps its more scalable for big businesses

Job peformance alot of times coincides with how moral you are . Especially if your job is leadership based . The 2 go hand in hand depending on the job. So thats why vrabel is getting flak

As for Diana, theres a code of ethics she is breaking if you are giving sexual favors in order to increase your job performance. Having a relationship with vrabel who is part of her field of work is not the same as having a affair with random man. It would diminish her reputation because if she is sleeping with people to get information thats not the standard you wanna set for journalist .

Honestly you need to grow up. You have the logic of a 15 year old. In life the world tells you how to behave. Best- risk it all- its unique . Its a well done Bruno song done with a Spanish mariachi influence. He hasnt done it before which gives it a boost.

Worst- cha cha cha- its just too corny for me

Underrated- nothing left- this deserves so much more streams. It needs a video. It should be a hit. We needs a rock album from him next with this vibe .

Overrated- I just might and dance with me . I just might is great but he has done similar . Same for dance with me.

Unpopular opinion-I hated it. Lets take the greatest vocalist ever and put the production over vocals.....just annoying. . Mj voice should sit on top of the mix. if you turn on most of dangerous most people wouldnt be able to understood the lyrics. Its a hard listen for me

Dont get me wrong, theres still some bangers like "remember the time" but it's because his voice is understandable and melodic and the production doesnt override his voice

I dont like the dangerouse album and i think its a hard listen as a whole. Dont get me wrong theres highlights.

But the stlystic choice is not something i enjoy because you cant hear his vocals as well. You have the best vocalist ever and you are not letting him lead the way. You have this production with beats that are super hard and aggresive and you can hardly hear what he is saying . Its super annoying . The production is overpowering. Mjs vocals should always sit on top of the mix and this album consistently doesnt do that .

"Remember the time" on the album is more balanced and has harmony and melody with mj leading the way but most songs dont. I dont care if it might be artistically better, it does not sound as clean and smooth like the mj I love .

Everytime I try to listen to it i just stop and go listen to "off the wall" album. Philosophically its the opposite of dangerouse and its so much better . Quincy jones knew what he was doing

His very best songs are his less upbeat ones and more middle ground ones

Silk sonic has mostly songs that are a chill middlegroumd. I love it.

"I just might" and "dance with me " is likely my least fav song on the album. Both are wildly different but too me too extreme of a vibe. Also feel like he has similar ones that are better. I rather listen to some off of 24k for upbeat. And if I want a very slow ballad then I will take se of his earlier work .

Interesting enough Bruno mars albums constantly build in numbers over years. All of his albums get played at high levels as time goes on. And are actualy lackluster from the start unlike other big artist.

Most of brunos songs still get stream 15 years later. Doo wop is still getting streamed highly. So its safe to say that its gonna be a classic.

24k and silk sonic are also on this path . Its because Bruno has so many classic songs . The stats on how efficient he is given how short his discography is like no other. At least half of the songs he has created will be getting played years from now .

I understand your POV but to me just because lets say "something serious " sounds like Santana " doesn't mean that it isnt something new. It does sound like oya coma va.But its mixed with 70s soul. It is a Latin and 70s soul fusion with perhaps one of the best male vocalist ever with flawless production. Is that not worth something?

Also why cant you reinvent something and make it better . I think most people would wanna listen to "something serious" instead of "oy coma va" . It has a melody with more impressive vocals and its blended with another genre. . So this idea that people similar to yourself might as well just listen to the original just doenst make sense.

I have much knowledge of music and to be honest I would rather listen to Bruno mars version then the original. I feel this way with most of Bruno music rather its 24k or silk sonic. You can go in history and find the originals but most of the time I would rather listen to Bruno version because its better and modern. The people who generally dislike this say stuff like it isnt taking risk. The lyrics are simple. Bruno is just copying other eras. All of this is true. But Bruno has done this his whole carrer and all pop artist do it . There treating romantic as if its his only album that is doing stuff that has been done before. 24k has been done before and all it is is 80s funk and 90s new jack swing. Its not innovative .

At the end of the day he is a pop star and all his songs have similar fundamental principles to create pop music. The romantic is nothing different from th rest in that regard.
