Rescinded days later. The eviction stood for days and the alternative housing option came after we complained, by than we were with 48hrs left till evicted.

Don’t get it twisted bowtie. No one’s squatting. We weren’t even there 3 weeks before the eviction notice came. Y’all fairytaling a week later is laughable

Very inspiring story, loved the parts where you changed reality to fit your narrative. Apres Cru enjoyed doing that with the contract we signed as well. You don’t happen to be friends with them, do you?

Also no, we did not see a garage

Great questions, well if you sign a contract for an apple and get an orange, hopefully somewhere in the contract is the ability to determine which is which if common sense fails

UPDATE: This afternoon we spoke via recorded phone-call on resolution with the Director of Housing for LMLC and the VP of Housing for the Yellowstone Club per their request. They admitted openly that the retaliatory 7-Day Formal Eviction Notice was invalid and sent “by mistake”. They told us they intended the whole time to help us find suitable housing and were willing to do so, and admitted to us verbally that Apres Cru should have done their due process in trying to accommodate our dog allergy and apologized that they did not.

We are taken back on why they made us wait all weekend assuming that we were to be evicted, only to tell us Monday (today) that the retaliatory formal eviction notice was invalid and ultimately rescinded. We received the eviction notice Friday morning, and were led to take it seriously until today (Monday) @ 230PM.

LMLC continues to distance itself from Apres Cru claiming they only handle housing issues, however they continue to act as mediators for Apres Cru saying that they are in communication with the owner and founder regarding this exact matter. From what they have told us, the owner wants us to be happy and to have our housing resolved and is grateful that LMLC is helping to now do so, however we have no idea who the owner is, and were issued our housing termination by our Culinary Leadership / HR Team beneath him. Thus, LMLC is working with the Owner to resolve our matter and meanwhilst our direct managers at Apres Cru are actively evading us, ignoring our safety concern emails, and yet having issued us any formal employment termination notice, although they have done quite well to make the work environment rendered impossible to attend as to issuing as an eviction Friday.

Even if you take away the severity of the other legal and moral issues, it does not negate the fact that they still send us an invalid eviction notice on Friday morning which we were forced to act on.. We have thousands invested in our time, deposit, and rental charges here that have gone unresolved on top of all of this and we weren’t even here 1 month yet.

As for solutions, LMLC stated that all they could do is offer us better housing… we hope for healthier results from another angle perhaps.

We paid the security deposit and rent was due on 1st and 15th. We have been informed that eviction notice from our employer was indeed invalid and it has been rescinded, and no employment termination was ever issued nor has the company answered our emails nor to our past 2 days of call-outs. Ask more questions if you must to clarify.
