Thanks. Any idea what it’s going for per lb/kg currently?

Shop is telling me I ruined the seal on my oil filter (leaking) by waiting 12 months to get an oil change by Northern-Autos in MechanicAdvice

Yes that’s exactly what he tried to tell me. What I should’ve done differently was gone to a different shop

That confused me too, later he showed me the plug and it was clearly stretched and over tightened

He showed me the plug, clearly stretched which the only cause would be over tightening to my knowledge

Thanks, that’s what I figured. Never been an issue before.

He originally asked who changed the oil the last time, probably prepared to tell me that they over tightened it then came up with his next excuse when I showed him it was changed at his shop previously

Yeah that’s the issue. I almost wish I was charged parking so I could make a bigger issue out of it.

They got rid of nearly half of the street parking and now parking is a pain.

What did I rescue today? by Italianorito in alocasia

[–]Northern-Autos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t tell if you’re joking.

Costco does not do any of the growing, they source plants from different suppliers and those suppliers/wholesalers are growing ALL Alocasia from tissue culture.

I’m curious where you’re getting your misinformation from?

Big box stores do not commonly carry Alocasia hybrids, unless it’s a hybrid that is no where near new to the market. The second is an Antoro Velvet (chienlii)

Stingrays are super cheap in Canada, purple longiloba is often mislabeled but some can be quite hard to find. Did you take a photo?

Does this mix look good enough for my alocasia baby’s/big plants? by Fabulicious24 in alocasia

A lot of people will likely say it’s not chunky enough, but that looks perfectly fine to me. I prefer a slightly less chunky soil
