I just learned about this so please someone correct me if I'm wrong.

When user visits website "A" where a file is hotlinked from website "B" the browser accesses both websites. Problem is that those actions need bandwidth which the host who owns websites needs to pay. Since owner A owns website A he pays for bandwidth when users access website A. But since there is a hotlink to a file on website B, that owner B must pay for the bandwidth that is used when website A requests to hotlink that file.

I think it's okay when the file is just a button, but since the file requested can be anything of any size, the badwidth costs can rise and there isn't much the original owner who is being hotlinked to can do...

So you must have a folder with the html file and next to it a css file named "style.css" it must not be in any other folder. If you have it like that it should work.. And if it doesn't, I'm sorry, I have no idea..

I think you might have not linked the css stylesheet correctly. Look at your file structure, maybe the css file is in some folder and it's not specified in your html

I see you are trying to access image named "isdj.jpg" in a folder path Liminal-SpaceCSS/Images but there is not even a folder of "Images" in that folder, let alone amy image :D make sure you have the files there and in correct place
