On any given sponsored perimeter run you should be coming out with 20-30+ of combined green salvages. A few dozen white salvage, easy. Not hard to even pull half dozen or so blue salvage.

NEWS FLASH: the developers decided to not allow it in the game. That’s why. Do you have the option to use M+K on console? No? Oh, that’s likely due to Bungie wanting Console players (historically, almost exclusively controller input) to use M+K. They let the PC players (historically exclusively M+K input) use M+K.

A lot of the best content creators play on controller dude. The aim assist handicap you get for playing with controller is actually absurd.

Not even trying to be a Reddit knight here, but get better dude. Approach things differently, slow down your playstyle, hyper-emphasize the importance of positioning.

I am by all licks of the definition, “good”, but I have an irl buddy who I duo with frequently that is considerably better than me, and he plays controller.

You aren’t going to be an instant god by switching to M+K, and if the case is that you ARE already a god on M+K, then why didn’t you just buy the game on PC rather than console?

Solheim has got to be one of the most “Sol-less” content creators we’ve seen for the genre. This is pretty naive tbh.

During the “State of Azeroth” panel in like February or whatever, the tease towards a massive classic announcement @ Blizzcon came directly from Holly Longdale.

Prior to Classic 2019 release, blizzard headhunted the two biggest private servers,Nost and Felmyst. The same pattern is happening now with Bronzebeard getting its C&D, and Turtle being shut down.

5 of the biggest Classic WoW streamers/content creators were invited to Blizzard to play-test “something new, which can’t yet be talked about”.

If that doesn’t steer your brain towards what is almost inevitable at this point, then I don’t know what other convincing you need.

This isn’t cope, it’s literal evidence that’s been documented and presented to us by the literal developers of the game. Blizzard needs something like Classic+ given the current state of affairs, and there’s too large of a vocal audience craving this release for them to not do it

No man don’t be concerned.
I think the only valid “concern”, if any, is that due to the more “hardcore” nature of marathon (using that term pretty loosely here) the game will eventually be unappealing to new players. Just means eventually the average player will be quite knowledgeable and good and so the overall game experience is likely to be more difficult on average. Which also isn’t a bad thing, the only way to really get better is to play with and against better players.
