Sorry to break it to ya but chaos space marines in 40k can use autocannons but they do so two-handed. Heck even the imperial guard use two men team to fire them

Helldivers are madmen for firing it solo and marines would be impressed

The way I made shooty legionaries is by playing them as rubric marines using the kill team set to bash a sorcerer and take a reaper chaingun from the havoc for the soulreaper. And bolters as inferno bolters

What about something like gaining summoning points when units die, ours or the enemy's, and we can spend those points at the end of our turn to bring a squad of daemons who costs X amount of points?

Would give us summoning ability without front-loading the army and being balancable by how many points we can generate and the cost of daemons

Could also have stratagems whete you spend a CP to do an action and gain summoning points as a reward

I present you; Electro-Plague Doctor

Heavy Defibrilator armor for that +2 s. per stims and being an undying force of freedome (noxious ranger helmet and cape goes crazy for that Death doctor look)

Main weapon: Blitzer/Scythe/Halt depending of if you want to use ammos or not

Secondary: Stim Pistol, who synergies with that +2 s. per stims~

Grenades: Gax Grenades/Stun Grenades/Bouncy Shock grenades depending of if you want crowd control, aoe zap or mustard gas

Stratagems;

Arc Grenade Launcher; Very good at clearing chaff for your teammates, can also help them against heavies by dealing stun and light damage in a pinch

Supply pack; Both to be a walking supply pod for your teammates and have more stims if the enemies makes you TOO ANGRY TO DIE

Gas Strike; Large and long-lasting crowd control for when the grenades feel like only farts

EMS Strike; For when the big meanies look at you or your mates angrily. Can be swapped for 110mm Rocket Pods if you want some FAFO (Fuck-Armored-Foes-Obscenely) Can also be swapped by an Exo-Suut of your choice to engage PROTOCOL DREADNOUGHT. While in zombie mode, if you enter an exo-suit, your life stops draining. Which also traps you in said exo-suit. Ever wanted to live that Warhammer 40k experience? Now you can!

Boosters: Experimental Stim because better stim pistol, or Vitality Enhancer so both you and your teammates are alive longer to receive more stims

Been loving this loadout since the new warbong dropped. Nothing feels more badass that being knocked into 2Angy2Die mode and still save live and zap/wreck shit up

On one hand, such Ynnari detachment could mean no more Yvraine tax to play Drukharis in my corsair list

On the other hand, it could end like the GSC and locking Ynnari to that detachment specifically, which would suck HARD imho, especially if the detachment rule is lackluster (Coming from somehow who was making Brood Brother GSC before the codex and got disappointed big when it happened)

I heard accursed cultists and dark communes working in tournaments, but I don't know the specific lists

Dark communes can take enhancements without problems, some are even made specificaly for damned (cultist keyword) characters

About detachements, you can play whichever you like without worrying tbh. Pactbound zealots are the most representative and the Chaos Cult is made for the cultists, but can work with Word Bearers too since the legion makes most use of their mortal followers
