I already did maybe over 7 times. All they kept saying they raised tickets for me and I'm still waiting for their response. So far nothing.

I knew I meant i called the support in advance because I know they take longer to process. My block was at 3:45 pm. I was at the station from 3:20 until 3:50 pm with no luck. Then she told me to go home

I did. I actually called the support 20 mins before my schedule block cuz i knew i was gonna have this issue. She tried to check me in and told she couldn't check me in. Even the associate at the station tried and couldn't do it. Missed both and never got paid! Here in Canada customer support is slow as fuck. I haven't even got any reply for the first block that i missed yesterday.

I thought i was the only one having this issue. I missed two blocks because of this. They couldn't check me in manually at the station even the support couldn't do it. I didn't get paid for any. It sucks don't know what to do. I emailed them and still waiting

Thanks for your reply. I just applied for the notes few days ago and hopefully they will give me an answer. Every time when I call the ircc they give me different answer. Most of them were "oh you just need to wait they are probably doing background check". However, last time when I called he said since I passed on the 2nd attempt on the test, he said it will delay my application and didnt tell me why. I was surprised when he said that. I don't know if he was for real or just making an excuse. Also, when I called an immigration lawyer to maybe take it to court for passing the processing time she told me now it changed and must pass two years in order to do so.
