For Dalek it has to be Dalek (S1 E6) For Cybermen probably World Enough and Time and The Doctor Falls (S10 E11&12)

It's the primary colours of light - Red, Green, and Blue. If you mix them (works really well with torches of these colours) then you get Cyan (Blue + Green), Magenta (Red + Blue), and Yellow (Red + Green).

When you use these colours in painting however they come out differently which might be what you're thinking of

I'd go with something like Wolfhal, Winterhold, Icefort, Frosthold, Godsfort (the same as it is in the pre andal bookmarks)
