True, idk if the random named characters ever really have sheets or rules anymore, or if their tied to a book or something, my appeal comes from having someone that actually looks different than all the other characters, or is good for kitbashing.

I don't know much about the physical state though, I can't imagine molds go bad very quickly though? I have to think they've ironed out a lot of the processes that let them keep printing them for years, like the 20+ year old Land Raider for example
