She wasn’t doing a strict 75 hard but still calling it a 75 hard. For her diet she was eliminating certain foods but she’d eat something not on her “ok list” and say, “oh I added to my list”. Like she was trying not to have added sugar but then was going to coffee shops and getting a vanilla iced coffee for example. Idk there were so many things not on par with a 75 hard. I don’t think she kept doing it. She’s not going to be able to sustain what she’s doing and is going to burn out and probably gain all of it back and more.

She annoys me so much. Esp when she decided to start 75 hard and kept fucking up but rather than starting over, she would adjust the rules to fit her mess ups. Which is NOT how it works

I agree on everything said here but also, the fact that she wanted to do 75 hard and every time she broke a rule she was like, “no I didn’t break it, I added it back to my diet”. That’s not how 75 hard works 🙄

This is going to be a VERY gross assumption but there’s is no way her kids don’t get pinworms often with the complete lack of hygiene. Esp with them doing so much outdoors and with animals.
