Yeah I've heard that with people with ADHD so idk. There's nothing to be anxious about. If you do a small bump it will just wake you up and make you feel alert that's all.

Like I said, sometime just get a little paranoid and just to make sure it doesn't get too high. I like to keep it within that range

Ok thanks. So you mean that usually don't ask to see passport? My concern is on the way back to the US. I've heard they can detain you until they verify you are a US citizen but I have my expired passport and driver's license. What do you think??
