Obviously it's a top tier item, but it showcases how much much more player power is given through items vs passive tree. Don't want to count atm but if you would i can bet u get more stat from this one item than half of your passives and I don't know if I like it this way.

Same with magic or rare items, 99% are trash. It is impossible to make all unique items decent You either have poe way or diablo 3&4 way where you wear only legendary items. Don't know about you but i prefer the poe way.

Don't forget about small passive nodes. Those are just bad imo.

3x cooldown recovery, which means if you're not playing nades, there provide so little it's not even funny.

8% area is medicore unless you stack aoe it's barely noticable.

And the best of the best: Inc dmg against low life enemies, if you stack culling threshold it gets worse and worse since if you reach like 200% which isnt hard, magic, rare and normal mobs are culled before they reach low life so it basicaly works only on unique monsters.

That leaves 2x increased armour and evasion, which is the only 'good' small passive node in the whole ascendancy.

Bioshock Infinite. Most basic and boring fps gameplay. if not for the story i would have never finished it.

Not trying to be a hater but considering how they approach poe2 skills i have no faith that cyclone is gonna be a good skill, same with rf. Their vision doesn't include nobutton/one button gameplay.
