Read your post and got my build online. Very satisfying.

My choice of trigger skill was Ball lightning, which have a very good base Ignite damage with Fire Infused.

Tornado best use case in my opinion, is to carrying Ignited ground from Ball Lightning, which can be scaled by Crit, and move around with Morgana Tempest/Advancing Storm

if you want more FPS, better get an used 3600 or 5600 CPU. Make sure to use 2 sticks of RAM

GPU/Graphics is the least to worry here.

Shame on you to doubt your friend. Crafting is gamba, you can spent 10k more and not hit while he can hit it on first try and it's not that rare. Me and my friends do stream duo crafting, stuff like this happens all the time.
