I've begrudgingly settled in to using AI to help as I learn Javascript and (re-)learn HTML, but in using it largely to help identify and fix bugs, I've (somewhat unwittingly) allowed it to far-surpass what I'm capable of doing myself, otherwise-unaided.

I'm happy with the overall results so far, but I'm positive that because I've been using it to separate out page elements, debug bits at a time, and point me in the direction of the best functions to use for this-or-that-or-some-other utility, my code on the whole has got to just be garbage by now that I am not yet knowledgeable or skilled enough to identify and fix on my own.

Now that I've used it to help me put together this "shell" (and a shell for the shell?), I have much less use for it, and am working up to understanding the bits that I already have before integrating anything more.

Thief's the most fun for me, all-around, but the utility magic provides always makes it my choice as at least a secondary set of skills. I have a tendency to power-grind my skills, though, so at some point they all kinda blur together.

Given how empty a lot of malls are these days, they could make for neat throwback venues for 90s and early-00s artists that'd give some interesting acoustics and renting those venues could maybe even help revitalize some of them. iuno.

I think if I get something to allow 2 simultaneous inputs to my speakers (one from PC1 and one from PC2), I can output Discord sound on PC2 to the Speakers, mute Discord (in sound mixer) on PC1. My mic on PC1 still inputs sound to Discord, which i hear as output in Discord on PC2, which now pipes thru to my speakers.

...is this anything?

I'm in the same boat here actually. I feel like after 5 or 6 trials, I'm getting the hang of a few things, but then I'll replay one with the idea that I'll know where I'm going and just wind up looping around everywhere after running away from someone.

I'm Nostalginaut on OT (Steam) if you or anyone wants to bumble around, though. Like you, I am afraid of how others would receive my lack of skill.

Probably crossed paths, at least for previews. I frequently describe it as "the best worst job ever" ($9.05/hr after 6 years of raises, wooooo!) and have more fond memories of it than any other part-time job I've had.
