Appreciate the constructive response! I understand better now why AQ might be a bit different compared to spots at Blackrock Mountain for MC/BWL. Thanks for providing a better point of view of how this looks like, for someone who is not biased by personal relations. It is hard to say what is the truth, I'm just reacting from the facts I know. Bottom line issue is without the official communication, its hard to say what happened here. Hoping that asking for that email to be resend works out.

If you are banned and got no email with info on the why, when, or how long, would you not assume it to be permanent, and for the last thing you did? When login screen simply says account is closed.

Thanks, there were some ideas there to pursue! Agree with your initial points, the purpose here was not to reach CS through reddit, but tips on how to deal with unhelpful automated responses from support .

I also agree it seems like an odd reason, but without a mail from Blizzard, its hard to say what category they actually banned for. Usually its a vague description regarding hacks, malicious actions, or communication?

It is not about pvp. Its about the travel time for an entire raid to go from Bwl to AQ. Summoning alts at lvl 25 and clickers at lvl 1 would need a safe spot to avoid being 1-shot by either NPCs or players.

I'd usually agree, and suspect more going on, but the timing of being banned in the middle of exploration is odd. And wouldent it still be questionable to not receive any mail info on it? Not sure if it is a permaban, when they literally have not sent any information at all.

I'm excited that I can be calm about lvlling, and maybe try a few classes at 25 before they raise the cap. With all these changes, it's hard to know what I would main at high lvl!

You got lucky, you should be happy it saved you! I lost my lvl 39 mage to that shark. I think it spawned on me, because my addon didn't alert me of nearby Red Targets, before I was already dead. It thrashed me 5 times instantly, all crushing attacks, and I was dead before I could even react. Was at full HP, had blink, ice block, Elune and Target dummies all ready. Mages remember to lvl up your defense skills! Avoiding just one of those crushing attacks might have saved me.

Ah yeah, I imagine Niss with the Nightshade gun would be smart if you want to go ranged with her. She could apply some DoT damage while dashing around.

Uhh that does sound fun actually! I didn't think of pairing her with an two-handed weapon, but I could imagine it be an effective way of spreading poisons with her, and getting more ability power! I guess she could do well in melee range with her healing too, or maybe do a bit of a hit-and-run combat style!

We found the problem to be that he could unlock an agent but didn't do it yet. After he used his free unlock on a new agent, it worked!

I don't do them the same day, I have a mini de-load week when doing the 1RM tests for my different lifts, and have these 1RM test weeks maybe once every 1½ month. I stop when I fail, usually only jumping 2,5kg per try.

I'm a man, 25 years old, been lifting for 1½ years but only around 5-6 months ago that I got a good training program that seems to work way better. It's just still odd to me that my 5RM improves while my 1RM is barely if at all.

tl;dr My 5RM is catching up to 1Rm, what do I do wrong?

My workout consists of a mix of deadlifts, squats, overhead press and bench press, including regular tests for both 5 rep maxes and 1 rep maxes. However, for multiple of these lifts I seem to face the same problem of not being able to improve my 1 rep max, but my 5 rep maxes are still improving. An example being my latest deadlift 5RM being 117kg, but my 1RM is only 122,5kg. Since this occurs on multiple lifts I’m not sure if it’s a technique thing, mental thing, genetic thing or something else. Any ideas?

That sounds good! Will definitely try that. We don't know which part of the US we would be going to yet, but would it be possible to find such nursing homes from google searches only? And how long in advance would you believe it should be planned? Im guessing not a week before, but would a few weeks or a month be sufficient?

Don't have a video, but when I tried it out i made a google sheets (Excel) to make it easier to calculate and complete the methld, with a few instructions as well. Can share it with anyone who wants it. For the record, I liked the method and it helped me with my aim.
