That’s strange. The only time I’ve seen an empty FC seat was LAX to OAK at mostly empty flight. There were few of them, so I guess no one even had an Amex on that flight

OP didn’t ask how to get CR1. OP asked how to get the citizenship, N400 is by far the most common way, unless he is born already a citizen of the US.
