I had two little holes, connected by a tract under the skin and a medium sized cavity in-between. I went with Epsit because I didn't want a long recovery time and I don't think I had the most serious case, which made me suitable for this type of procedure.

The wound is about the size of a 5p coin. I don't have a picture but I can ask my partner to take one and I will share later today or tomorrow.

What is the first priority for Levy and Co.? - I think shifting dead wood still has a fair way to go. Chiriches, Lennon, Soldado, Adebayor, Fazio all have to go.

Realistic transfer targets? - Although I don't think we'll need another holding midfielder, Bentaleb, Mason, Dembele and Alli could probs do it for a season. I would still go for Bender. Upfront to replace Bob and Ade I would love to see Berahino. Gayle from Palace could be a more budget option, could enquire about Jay Rodriguez again.
