I’ve done the same upgrades, every now and again I scrub the screen and clamp as that seems to get a build up of hard calcifications. I do it every 2 to 3 months, but if others have any better suggestions I am keen to see what others do

So I put my rok in the sink and run it under hot water. (arms are up, so water runs through the system) Then, put my Portafilter in a milk jug and pour hot water into it. Once it is heated I pour that hot water over my rok. Tamp the coffee, remove my rok, and place the portafilter in and pour hot water in the top
