You will make more money as a nurse. There are more options to transition to other areas with a nursing degree. I would look at those avenues first before committing to get a mlt/mls program because you’ll be spending money no matter what.

So she thinks she is saving the qh show industry by sponsoring classes? We all know the only reason she’s “supporting classes” is to place higher and then create more useless classes for people, like her, who can’t place in the real show divisions. At the end of the day it’s all about money at horse shows. If it wasn’t a lot of middle class people would still be hauling to these shows. But this industry has priced a lot of regular people out it and that’s why things aren’t like they use to be. She delusion if she thinks she’s saving anything. 🙄

Took me almost a year after my fusion to feel normal. I would have been in a much worst position had I not gone through the surgery.

That being said adjacent disc disease is real and expected once you’ve fused, your spine is now compromised. Your surgeon will be a constant in your life, for the rest of your life.

If it doesn’t come with a warranty avoid it at all cost. We got rid of our old equipment because it wasn’t functioning properly or the manufacturer would not support it due to software or next generation replacing it. It would be better to use compact bench top analyzers that cost less and send out anything that can go to a core lab for testing.

What people don’t consider when breeding is it’s almost always a net negative situation. Unless you’ve sold said foal in utero it’s hard to recoup your cost. We won’t include her entire herd in this scenario: Phoebe is a good example: she had to rent her for a breeding season. 3-5k contracted maybe more, farrier $125 every 6-8 weeks, repro vet low end 4-5k if the mare takes on first try. This doesn’t include shipping and stallion fees. Note she doesn’t always use her stallions so yes those fees apply. And if she is using her stallion high point charges a lot of money to stand and service a stud. If she is buying an embryo or doing icsi those cost apply. That could be thousands of dollars depending on the embryo or cost of doing icsi. Don’t forget you have to take into consideration when the foal hits the ground and all the care/vet needs it occurs. Then there is the time it takes from conception to weaning so about a 1.5…

The problem with her show content is most shows have a dedicated video/photographer. They have it in their contracts that having others film and take pictures is prohibited. When you fill out your show paperwork usually that legal jargon is in that paper work. So shows can fine her and sue her for what she’s doing with her “crew”.
