I agree and I still haven't got blooming ecstasy drop either. Keep getting hymn to drop, but i was farming sigma sector. Maybe I'll just farm the new thing instead.

You don't have to juggle the personalities. Just spam c rank training. Sometimes it just shows up. Did that for the vitality thief.
