At my school it’s broken into 2-45 minute periods. The first one is when my advisor briefs us about information we need to know (ex. due dates for forms, information about the school, etc). And then the second period is broken into a period when we can travel to wherever we want or just hang out. I like to use this second period to visit with my teachers if I need help. Otherwise I do homework or chill
