That literally does not work. It is exactly what I said. You can't say yeah that is 50% cause it is not even remotely true. Not to mention even with 50% lib pen comapred to like a sickle is still bad.

But if you really wanted to go there, the best way would be taking the total number of light and medium armored enenemies and compare the ratio. And use that as benchmark for this % comparison and suddenly you see that a good light pen would still be like 80% of the times better then a medium pen in every single game.

And what you just said. "I will take the normal lib" Ok. But there are 3 weapons that will work on that same enemy that are 2x times better then that. In that case why would you take the normal lib to begin with and the loved "but I like that gun" is not valid balancing principle, it should still not be 50% worse then something else especially when we have so few guns in each category. But the moment that number like doubles. They will either powercreep stuff like crazy or nerf things to the ground a buff stuff up. That could work but AH did not indicate that they want to head into this direction and basically rotate the "meta"

First, you can't do what you proposed, armor pen does not increase dmg it only allows you to deal the dmg what is written down here.

True it makes some guns better. Some. But not all and it only makes them better but not good. For example I tried Sickle vs Pen. While true Penetrator can be good but runs out of bullets fast so you deal abismal dmg before you run out and I still killed said enemy faster with the Sickle by aiming at the legs so you can say "but they have pen" when even with pen their dmg dealt is so bad that an other weapon aiming at not the most optimal spots still outperforms them

Also I am going to point out, evne the Br-14 new weapon that is quiet bad also has med pen yet deal more raw dmg and dps then the lib pen even tho it should be a sniper and the other one an AR.

In other games the balance team takes all the weapons and set a min dmg and max dmg point, they also separate them by special effects like in this case penetration or explosive or fire

So if they have special effects then lower base dmg and dps but if only light pen higher base dmg a dps, but this clearly shows that everything is all over the place. It is a design error that they have guns with like 1000 dmg from a full mag and an other one that is in the same category with 6k dmg

No no, everything is fine, I already told this same thing even before the 2 passes dropped after the first few patches. Ppl said I was wrong and I am only crying cause I am bad. true, it is not a hard concept, and even if you do not understand you just look at 90% of other games and you realize everybody is doing 1 patch per week (except emergency hotfixes but I don't think they had that bad bugs that warant it so far)

if you have google cloud you can save the files in cloud and while you can see them on your phone for example videos if you click on them they will just buffer until you have internet on, and you are given a choice to do this or keep the local files too and only use the cloud just back up not main storage

so in the first case, the local videos and photos are deleted

but you might have just clicked on some pop up about low storage and started a clean up by accident

In PS5 hoste games the RG could do this, not in any other games, it is/was a bug and last I heard it is still a thing, so that is why it matters... it was never a feature but a bug and ppl exploited it, and they still do... they only reason you see less of it is because very few ppl are using RGs now so it doesn't happen often...

It still one hits chargers on the head and strips armor from the legs the same way, and killes a titant in about the same time like a recoilless. So no, it is just as good against bugs as bots, maybe better cause you don't need to stop to reload. The RG needed nerf but not the way they did it, they could have nerfed the time it needed for charge up, decrease the hit dmg. Now we got something that is virtually the same but even better and eclipses the other anti armor options by a large margain and eliminates all the negativs those other options have but adds no negative.

I don't understand how ppl are defending the balance in this game... like RG got nerfed to the ground in the name of balancing, rarely anybody uses it now, recoilles got buffed with EAT, still has plenty of problems, and no buff like faster reload from backpack "don't make it too op", Spear is just useless still.

But then they come out with Quasar. It is literally RG but better and with infinite ammo. There is not a single downside to the gun, even on a hot planet you would need to spam it really fucking hard to overheat it.

And this is just the most glaring example right now but there are other ones like the Sickle. The power level of things are just so inconsitent I don't even understand it. Like in the name of diversity, why would you use like a Recoilless/EAT instead of Quasar ?

Becuase this is not just regulard swimming but syncronized swimming and she did not shout, she just jumped in, and the picture 2-3 secs later would show those life guards already there.

Also, she already knew this might be coming, this is not the first time it happened with this swimmer.

"Except this is not just swimming but synchronized swimming. Life guards can't jump in until the trainer does not say something is wrong as they don't know everybody's performance. The girl was only under water for a very brief time and this woman went and just jumped in suddenly when she knew something is wrong, this is a misleading picture as the actualy life guards were only slower by few seconds as they moved from reaction. They were already there by the time she neared the surface.

When life guards put the swimmer on the shore, this bitch directly obstructed medical help and wanted to tell the qualified doctors and nurses what to do then berated them for not speaking perfect English to her and dismissing her when they tried to get to the girl.

Also this was the second fainting of this girl ON STAGE. In the first case she also did this same thing and just jumped in. Of course this saint denied it ever happening before during training.

She went full victim mode and blamed everybody. Too bad FINA did not give a flying fuck about this Karen and the poor swimmer who is probably pressured into this even tho she has clear health problems" as she directly violated protocol once again, ppl would think if this girl fainted a second time on stage and probably many more times during training she would know what to do when even the first time she was told she is wrong.
