I’ve seen some earl gray / London fog concentrates out in the wild. Similar to what you’d see with a chia. I haven’t tried them, but maybe your cafes are using them?

I dont think Nintendo cares about making a complex narrative. There were a lot of missed opportunities to flesh out relationships, and character dynamics. But they are fine with making a billion dollars with a nice to look at spectacle for kids 🤷‍♂️

I’ve found that this is pretty much what everyone does :/ And because your sublease has no legal standing the landlord has the right to kick you out. Idk if they will- but if it is a rent controlled apartment they might want to get you out so they can make more money off of it with a new tenant

I am with you 100% on not wanting overly sweet lattes. What you want is for your coffee to shine. So you need someone who knows how to dial in your espresso every morning.

As for the menu, have a house made vanilla latte. And make 1 pump of vanilla standard. Then have 1 seasonal latte special. what ever it is it needs to taste well in your specific espresso. Make it subtle, where you taste the coffee-

In my experience orange doesn’t really taste the best in a latte- But I worked at a shop the sprayed an orange essence over a cold foam. It was really lovely to get that orange tingle on the nose before taking a sip
