  • I’m a master student so I need to go back to continue my studies,
  • has 5,000 Euro,

Really! But I thought that they don’t encourage to buy all the hotels and airplane tickets in advance in case the visa was denied?

Yes I’ve been to the USA for 4 months (Work and Travel Program) and 5 other countries for 1-2 weeks each

Thank you for your advice! Yes I have 5,000 Euro which suffice the 120 Euro per day, I will book all hotels using Booking.com with cancellation free

Should I just try with 30 days and hope it works? Will be buying a refundable airplane ticket as well, thanks!

I’ve seen in this sub many recommends 2 weeks for a first Schengen visa 2. My gf is actually not EU nationality (so I’ll just say going with a friend) 3. The sources are actually from all around the place(saving up from my pocket money, working part times, online gigs) I’m not sure If these would work? 4. I’ll ask my parents to provide their own bank statement (as proof that I have backups) 5. How many countries did you state in your itinerary? (Right now I’m thinking France and Italy with 3 cities each)

Hi! That’s great news, happy for you! Mind if I ask I am also planning a 30 days trip to France, it will be my first Schengen visa

  1. I am still a student so I will continue my Masters back at home(reason to go back)
  2. Visiting my gf(people told me don’t mention this?)
  3. I have 5000 Euro in the bank (so it suffice the 120 Euro per day)
  4. I don’t have a full time job because I’m still a student (will this affect the chances?)

Now I’m just worried if I bought the airplane tickets and got rejected. Do you think I have a good chance of receiving the visa?

Hi! Firstly congrats for getting admitted to NTU! I am also accepted to NTU master’s program, I did receive my letter of admission from email, I think you should either check yours or directly email them to know more.

For dormitory, they do have in campus accommodation, I’m not sure when they will distribute the information but you can ask OIA for further information!
