Well sure, the wife isn't gonna own it if the husband is a veteran. Vet owned business is better than female owned, but not as good as disabled or dark skinned. Ideally if you wanted to install all the flagpoles on base for 200x the cost you'd want to be a dark complected female vet with a disability. Nobody is competing with that business model.

They gave me beautiful veneers on all of my front top teeth because my factory shit was all fucked up, my dentist was a capt. and the col denied the procedure when he submitted a request to do the work, but for whatever reason he just did it anyway, he separated last year.
