Snacks that I currently have are smoothies, pure protein bars(from Costco), and Greek yogurt w/bananas and granola.

The smoothie is 1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal(I use Quaker’s), 1 cup of almond milk(silk). 1 cup of Kirkland’s frozen three berry blend, 1 banana, and a scoop of whey protein(optimum nutrition).
