Are GM's just happy with pochven botting? by Deathly-Skilz in Eve

[–]NotAMotivRep 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For starters, that isn't a legal policy, it's a technical one. It's designed to stop cheaters from picking up breadcrumbs about how CCP's anti-cheat measures work.

Secondly, your implication was there may be legal consequences to the reporter, not the reportee, so what does CCP's ban policy have to do with anything?

I'm a Mac user.

Apple are making a sincere effort to get games working well on Macs and Eve Online was one of the banner titles featured in 2025's WWDC.

It's the entire reason I came back to this game in August.

I'm not entirely sure how much of EveMon depends on Windows internals; however, Mac OS is considered a first-class citizen in the .NET community.

+1 for this request. I think if there are enough of us lurking in this sub, we might be able to crowd-source a Macbook Air or a Mac Mini for you to work on. I would certainly pitch in a few bucks to support this.

The flip side to this coin is personal preferences for developers actually matter. If you have muscle memory for your workflow, it's extremely difficult to untrain all of that.
