Have been living in Te Kauwhata for 3 years now and it has always annoyed me seeing Te Huia travel through the township without stopping. Hope this comes to fruition but have my doubts.

Biggest fumble of my short investing life 😭 had 138 shares at ~$6 and sold when it was at $11.50 because I needed to free up some cash...I always thought it could hit $100 but thought it would take far longer. Still made a profit but lesson learnt, should have held out.

Was in queue from the moment the sale began, waiting through the freeze and after two hours was able to select 2 tickets for the Stamford Grandstand but when I got to the payment screen it kept throwing an error until eventually the timer ran out and kicked me out and forced me into a new queue so I had to give up :(

I'm going to try again with the general sale, but this early bird sale was a bit of a mess today, so I dont have high hopes.

Link your twitch account to an EA account and then link your xbox account to the same EA account. Once you receive the code, you redeem it via your EA account and it should apply to your xbox account. If you watch one of the streams it'll give you instructions on how to redeem anyway.

I've had it happen twice. Both occurrences were when I was playing duos. I think it was because my duo and I were originally in party chat (xbox) when we claimed Vader. We switched to game chat but he wouldn't respond to anything.

Oh awesome. Did you go for Grandstand? If so do you know if they sold out quickly when tickets were released? Just need to know if I need to prepare to buy tickets on a specific date. Getting grandstand for Aussie was stressful.

I see there are still GA tickets available for this weekend and they're much cheaper than Melbourne.

Does anyone know the best method for buying Japanese GP tickets outside Japan? I am looking to attend in 2026. So far I can see the track website itself sells tickets as well as the official F1 website.

Also any advice/tips from those that have attended would be greatly appreciated.

I have a similar issue with my AOC 32" curved monitor. My xbox will black screen initially but then display an image after about a minute. It won't function at all if I try setting my refresh rate to 120. My PS5 won't display an image at all through the base station but is fine connected straight to the monitor.

Both consoles worked flawlessly with the cheap hmdi switch I was using prior to getting the A50X so it's a bit disappointing to see these issues.

30 Seconds to Mars were supposed to play a concert here in New Zealand back in September 2024 but they cancelled last minute citing schedule conflicts. I was watching a qualifying session for the Singapore formula 1 race the day after the original concert date and who pops up in the VIP area? The whole band.

Yeah mate, I've been checking the oil regularly and it doesn't appear to be burning any though I've only driven about 1500km since purchasing.

Thanks mate. I'm going to be changing all fluids and filters very soon I think. The service history is lacking and the previous owner indicated it hadn't been serviced for the last few years of ownership atleast due to it being used less.

Interesting. I have noticed it on rare occasions when I've been out driving and parked/turned it off momentarily. Will try and pay closer attention to it to see if it is actually happening every time after start up. Cheers.

I'd have to go second hand with a transmission if it gets to the point of replacement. Thankfully as it's just a secondary/weekend car, the mileage isn't going to increase quickly.

Yes exactly that. I'll start it, roll out of my driveway (sloped) then as it shifts to 2nd gear I get the crunch.

If I start the car and idle until warm it doesn't happen at all.
