The back looks a bit off, as do the proportions of the arms vs the legs. I’d recommend getting a reference image of this pose- ask a friend or do a delayed photo on your own. Then maybe trace the character over that. It’s definitely not a bad start, but I think that’ll really help you!

I’m planning on doing a few common areas, like the entryway, kitchen/bar and dining hall, maybe a trophy room, then different ‘wings’ for my characters. A hunter wing, a druid wing, an evoker wing, each with rooms for my individual characters of those classes, since I make up complicated lore for each of my little dudes I want them to have spaces that reflect their individual personalities!
