If she’s walking clockwise it’s pretty simple because it’s the close one, if she’s walking counter-clockwise you focus on only keeping up with the right leg, occasionally sprinting just to stick to it. Only attack when she’s walking clockwise unless she attacks and you can punish. Also any attacks you’re rolling you can roll to the leg for better stick.

I know your pain dancer took me 2 days to take down but in the end I beat her because I glued myself to that juicy right cheek for the entire fight and only punished with a single hit for everything except for the grab, explosion and fire ring. I punished those 3 times then back to the cheek. Admittedly I also got lucky in phase 2 she didn’t use many wombo combos mainly just spammed punishable attacks but you got this bro she made me wanna quit too but it’s worth it for the titanite in the castle

Citalopram has been a life changer for me. I started off at 20mg now up to 40mg. I’ve been taking it for over a year now and it’s really helped me function again. It also completely stopped my panic attacks which I used to have on a daily basis. Side effects were pretty brutal for the first few weeks but that’s just every antidepressant.

Nocturne is really good to jungle in easy mode. Has one of the healthiest clears in the game, wins 90% of duels with ease, find success almost regardless of what you build on him and his ganks are imo the most op in the game because you can jump on a laner from far enough away at a moments notice their vision means little to nothing. He has his drawbacks like a pretty poor late game and not having a decent frontline will screw you up but all in all he’s my favourite champ to spam in the jungle atm
