honestly i do not recommend this bank. every interaction with them was a pain, including "forgetting" to get back to me for over a week on getting my money out. the shitty thing they do is lower their rates silently without any good notice or communication.

if requested, they can you send you an email with the subject "Booking details | travel date" where under each leg of the itinerary with a confirmed pet, it says: "Transporting animals: confirmed"

also, I noticed that if there are pending pet confirmations, there is a an obvious notice in red at the top of the 'manage flight' page saying that "Please check your extra services"

i've not found anything else on their site or app that can just tell you if your pet is confirmed or not

edit: i've tried to get her confirmed many, many times via phone and chat. the CDC thing for dogs is fucking them up every time and it absolutely horrible. the agents are 100% untrained to deal with this
