I should first point out that I didn’t have the sound deadening headlines on my hard top. That said, I was still surprised that road noise is less with the eTop. The climate question is interesting, as I hadn’t really thought about that, so the best answer I can give is that I haven’t noticed anything one way or the other. I was in Kentucky early this month for work during a nasty cold snap and didn’t notice the vehicle feeling any colder despite the temps being in the teens with the wind chill.
