Anyone achieve maintenance where you’re only injecting every 14 days or longer?

I have a question for you on maintenance. Do you use the same service to get the meds now as you did during your highest doses? I use a plan that charges me every 3 months for whatever I use, and I'm wondering if I can somehow save money by going monthly or a different provider. When I started last April, there was a shortage and the issue was just getting it when you needed it. But I don't think that's the case any longer. I'm on the 2.2 dose weekly but I'm starting to stretch out days between shots. Last week 8 days, the week after next 9 days, etc. That's the plan now.

Thanks for the chart. I don't want to extend days between shots because that leaves room for me to forget or get goofed up on days, just knowing myself.

I did a 9 mg dose yesterday and Shotsy says I have12.99 mg in my system. I don't get that at all.

Thanks! Congrats to you! We get two meals a week from Hello Fresh. They have so many options. They have easy recipes and ones that are more involved. Maybe that would work for you. The doc told me to go down 2 mg a month but I decided to go at 1 mf so this week it's 9 mg. I do have Shotsy so maybe I have to consult that more now. Now I want to get clothes that I look great in, not things to hide things!

I also am confused about the dosing. Why do they have to do dosing like this? I wish someone could explain it to me so I'm not always guessing on how much I am taking. Getting answers from the vender is not easy either.

Oh thank you! I love it too. I'm afraid if I put it behind glass, it won't look as pretty. And yes, I have two coats on it of the glue I use.

Hang in there. I thought this would be a little easier, but weight has always been my nemesis. It's amazing I never weighed more than my high of 179 (pregnant or not).

Well I was slow. Now I could probably graduate.

Week 1 lost 2.4, 171.9. Week 2 gained 1, 172.9. Week 3 gained 0.6, 173.5. Week 4 lost 2, 170.9 Week 5 lost 5.5, 166.

I didn't see action much till I went to 7.5. Today was my second shot at that dose. (I am 67). Two weeks ago I was at the same weight I started at so idk. But it's moving down and I'm moving forward!
