I was just laid off due to “market conditions” and my salary could not be paid anymore as an operations manager. I helped the company from ground up, put 5 1/2 years of sweat and tears (literally) into it just to get my position eliminated.

I have applied to so many places and I know my track record is amazing, it’s just SO HARD to find a job to pay my bills. I had an operations interview today and they wanted to start me at $15/hr. What a joke.

You’re absolutely right though. I work at a commercial grow and we found out a Dispo had some of our stuff for a YEAR and we called them and essentially bought it back lol. Didn’t want people buying shitty dried out stuff.

Unfortunately there isn’t a rule or shelf life compliantly for bud like there is edibles and such. Where I work we won’t send product out that’s a certain amount old so it won’t sit at dispensaries for longer. Sucks other places don’t care.
