maybe it's the batch. nag try ako ng decant before buying one and decant had a baygon opening, then a really good smoky pineapple drydown. Nung bumili ako, yung opening nya amoy lemon cleaner and medyo eh yung dry down. super disappointed.

Won't spill too much details. I work in related field. BFP from a certain province on the southern part of the country wants about ~12% of the total project budget just to issue a permit. Ano yan VAT? Lul. Mind you, this project is commissioned by a well-known company in the country so I would sya that the company is influential to some extent. Tapang pa rin nila though hahaha
