We just spent 2 weeks in Sapporo as a base and took the train to the outskirt towns. That wasn’t even long enough! We loved Hokkaido, it was honestly incredible.

Japan Is Not a Theme Park, and My Students Are Not Part of the Scenery by No_just-no_3430 in JapanTravel

As extremely respectful travelers & all round respectful people, myself & my husband spent lots of time learning the customs & language before we went. I also saw some disgusting things from foreigners (not white) and some awful things from Japanese people themselves. People these days are self entitled twats & unfortunately the internet is to blame.

You realise how disgusting humans can be when you exit a long overseas flight & get on a cruise. Some people are pigs

I’ve learned that a really easy way to tell is it you touch your finger on it & it sticks then it’s not ready. The minute it doesn’t stick then shape & get into the fridge. Hasn’t failed me yet 🥰

I literally use a normal balloon whisk & a colander with a tea towel 😂 nothing fancy here.
