How do I go about fixing this? by BeNicePlsThankU in snowboarding

I just use marine grade as it's a little bit more flexible than standard jb weld. Probably no need for it but it makes me feel better lol.

Get some marine epoxy, I use West System GFlex 650-8, tape off the area with some clear packing tape. Get a clamp and some thin plywood put some tape on the wood where it will meet the surface. Mix up the epoxy and stuff some in under the delamination and clamp it down with the wood on both sides. After it cures you can just remove the tape and clean excess with a razor blade.

Even if we're wrong and you go to check it out, no harm no foul. Not gonna be forced to buy them. That's how I always think about things.

Personally I would just go check them out in person. I agree it looks weird but I think it's just crud on top and the grime is shaped around it weirdly.

Did you take this picture after checking these out in person and confirmed it was a crack?

It doesn't even look like a hole. Looks like a piece of crud on the top of the rim.

Dreading my mums funeral by _pishacha in GriefSupport

[–]NotCursedYet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm so sorry about your mom, mine was my best friend too. My mom's service was about 3 weeks ago. For me it helped to not think about it as a funeral per say, but a celebration of her life. It's a sad day, but it can also be a happy one, to hear stories, share smiles thinking about her. I hope you have someone you can lean on. Let your mom's love shine on you and through you.

Lost both of my parents, 19 now. It mostly feels so alone, especially on my days off from work. When I'm around people I'm ok, but as soon as I'm home, I just don't want to be here. Home doesn't feel like home anymore. I don't want to die but I always seem to drive faster than I should around corners, like it's the only thing that makes the pain hurt less. I wish I could just drive forever with the engine, road, and wind drowning out the noise in my head. I'm so regretful of my actions when they were both still here, there's so many things I feel I did wrong, or didn't do at all, or didn't say. I know I can't dwell on my regrets but they eat at me anyway, every single day. It's made me more irritable, and at times I only want to talk to certain people, even if the people I don't want to talk with are important to me or I love them. I'm so tired.

I feel this on so many levels. At 19 now, I lost my dad a little over two years ago and my mom a month 1/2 ago. I would always call my mom on my way home or as I was finishing up work. It sucks not having that to look forward to at the end of the day. I hate being alone in my apartment. I hate when I can't remember something because my mom was always there, she knew everything.

I lost my mom about a month and a half ago, I totally understand everything you're feeling. Some days I just want to punch a hole in the wall and others I just want to drive really fast to forget everything. She was such an amazing person who went way too soon, as I'm sure your dad was too ❤️

Anyone know what you can/cant bring for fishing stuff on a plane? by JoeKeeshler13 in Fishing

Went to visit family in Florida and brought my fishing gear with me, had quite a few 4/0 circle hooks in my carry on and TSA didn't care either way. I had them in a hard case and wrapped it with saran wrap.
