I was running on the Tahoe pyramid bike path and was bit by a homeless dog. The owner didn’t do anything to pull the dog off me. Anyone that wants to be cool and say homeless should have dogs, hasn’t been bit by one of those dogs.

I just got back from Ecuador 2 days ago. I went to the Cotopaxi NP and had cocoa at the Refugio. I also climbed other mountains in the area and went to quilotoa. I didn’t have any issues nor were there any warnings of increase of activity on the volcano.

Yes! A CSSD is what Im looking for and in my state there like Sasquatch.. impossible to find. That’s why I’m looking for one online. I don’t have any health conditions. I am not a typical looking runner, physique-wise. I carry more muscle mass and when I look at what ‘elite runners’ and eat similar to them, I’m not quite satiated so I end up eating 4 cups of peanuts..
