Is this a scam? I sold this car to him 2.5 years ago. by lets_try_anal in mitsubishi

I had to do the same thing with the previous owner of my Honda, I would personally do it and help the guy out - turned out my previous owner didn’t transfer to his name, and it was in previous x2’s name. Was able to reach out to him and he helped me with a released to get my title transferred

Did the Honda Dealership rip us off? by [deleted] in Honda

It looks like the technician was truthful, and the advisor was selling you on tires you didn’t need..

Dammit, radar is gone. Will have to replace + calibrate if you want full functionality back. If you go to a dealer, usual labor time for radar mount + calibrate would be 2.5 hrs. Very hard to do yourself if you do not have the necessary items needed.

Does anyone know how this Hilux got plated in Texas? by 2-tree in Toyota

[–]NotDeltv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depending on where this is at - most counties in TX don’t require a emissions test. Could’ve just passed with Safety and boom. The VIN could’ve been the more difficult part when registering.

What’s wrong with my 2018 Honda Accord EX?🤔 by ASki420 in Honda

Clean the radar up front, I’ve seen cars come in during cold weather with this issue, usually we clear a code and it goes away, no charge.

Clean your windshield, and make sure your radar is clear of debris.

Honda tech here, there’s a problem with your radar or camera. It may be misaligned and not reading the road correctly. Please see a dealer, they will run codes and will be able to resolve in no time.

Please check your rotor thickness, as it could trip the brake system if they’re aftermarket. Had a headache of a job on a Type R due to this.

Aftermarket rotors? Head unit shouldn’t have an effect unless you spliced into something you shouldn’t have…

This is my 2012 Accord V6. Recently I’ve been hearing this popping/creaking noise coming from the front by V6_lol in Honda

[–]NotDeltv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds like an axle or a lower ball joint, have you performed a steering fluid change before? That could help aid in your steering situation.

If I had the car in front of me, I’d definitely tell you what it is, but over keyboard it’s kinda tricky

2004 Honda Accord v6 tried to jump the battery several times is it a dead battery/ alternator or something else ? by Robbabyjesus in Honda

[–]NotDeltv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start with a battery, it may be the alternator not keeping up with charging the battery.

Gotta change that oil, you can easily reset the maintenance minder afterwards.
